Dr. Renee is a Clinical Psychologist and joy strategist who helps organizations build cultures where connection isn’t just encouraged – it’s essential.  With a background in emotional intelligence, employee engagement, communication, and resilience, she designs keynotes and workshops that invite participants to show up fully, listen deeply, and lead with empathy.  Her work blends humor with heart, creating psychologically safe spaces where every voice matters and laughter becomes a bridge to belonging.

Known for her ability to connect across industries, generations, and backgrounds, Dr. Renee energizes teams, inspires leaders, and sparks meaningful change.

She also brings more than three decades of experience performing as “Jalapeña the Clown,” including traveling with Patch Adams to use humor as a bridge across pain, language, and culture.
